Each pet, or family of pets, are assigned their own generously proportioned room where they are provided with clean, comfortable raised beds in climate-controlled rooms, with extra luxuries of home including a TV and colourful wall mural.
We supply quality Royal Canin pet food to our guests and will administer individual medications and cater to special diets. Our trained staff monitor your pet’s food and water intake during their stay and will take immediate action should any pet need extra care and attention. We have monitored CCTV and local vets are available on call 24/7 in case of emergency.
Connecting families
Unfortunately, during your pet’s compulsory 10-day quarantine period at our facility, owner visitation is not permitted. To soften the separation period our staff are available during office hours to take your call should you wish to check on your pet’s wellbeing and we endeavour to answer out-of-hours phone messages and emails as quickly as we can.
We understand that being separated from your pet can be a difficult time, therefore we also regularly update our FACEBOOK page with photos of your pet during their quarantine stay.
OUR GUESTS ARE VIP’S
All of our guests are Very Important Pets and are treated with love and respect while they stay with us in our quarantine facility. We strive to make their stay as stress-free as possible to reduce overwhelm. This includes having plenty of one-on-one staff interactions and keeping pet family members together.
We also welcome you to send in a brand-new duplicate of a favourite toy or blanket to have in their room – please ensure this arrives with tags and/or original packaging still attached, but note due to strict regulations these items will be destroyed at the commencement of your pet’s 10-day stay.
HOME AWAY FROM HOME
We often find our guests, the dogs in particular, watching their personal tv. Many vets recommend turning the TV on when pets are alone, as this can keep them stimulated, entertained and relaxed. This means you receive a much happier pet when you come to pick them up at the end of their stay.
