Terms of Trade
Ymana (2013) Limited NZBN: 9429035254064 (“Company”) trading as “Auckland Quarantine” to standards that meet or better the Code of Welfare for Dogs and Cats (“Pets”) issued under the Animal Welfare Act 1999.
Quarantine
Pet owner’s full name, address, email and contact numbers must be supplied .
Office hours are 9am to 5pm weekdays. Please ensure your pet is flea and worm free.
Pets will not be accepted without current vaccination certification including for kennel cough and lepto.
If we have concerns regards your pets health we will engage our own Veterinarian at your cost.
Pets not picked up within 7 days of contracted date will be deemed abandoned and delivered to RSPCA or euthanized.
There is risk when pets socialise and so we do not accept responsibility for any issues, health or otherwise arising from social activity. You need to let us know if your pet has any history of aggression towards to adults, children or other pets.
Transporting
We price air transport based upon dimension and weight supplied by owner and adjusted as determined from time to time by IATA regulations, the Airline, the Veterinary Inspector.
Charged and to be paid 7 days prior to air travel. In the event of cancellation or unavailability of services we will refund unexpended portion of the charge. In the event of rescheduling we will with owner’s consent contract rescheduled flight.
We do not transport vicious or banned pet breeds.
Unpaid charges accrue interest @ 12% plus all recovery charges. Miniumum amount 20% of the charge.
